Crunchy Coleslaw: Crispy and Fresh, Our brightly coloured coleslaw contains fresh colourful vege and crunchy Seeds, finished with a caper mayo

Broccoli Salad: with quinoa and buckwheat, pesto dressing, toasted almonds and parmesan

Roast Vege Salad: pumpkin, kumara, parsnip, roasted garlic cloves, and marinated capsicum, tossed together with olive oil, sea salt and rosemary

Green Bean Salad with kidney beans, chick-peas, lentils, charred corn, roast cauliflower, tossed together with a dijon vinaigrette

We prepare our catering in generous 2-litre trays, ready for you to simply transfer into your own platters or bowls. This makes it effortless to serve – and lets you present the food in a way that complements your occasion while enjoying all the flavour and freshness Village Kitchen is known for. We keep the dressing aside so you can add just before serving.
